For safety reasons, medical cannabis product(s) cannot be returned. There is no return or exchange for medical marijuana flowers, medical marijuana concentrates, and medical marijuana edibles.
Defective Product:
Upon receiving your package and found that the product is defective, you must send us an e-mail with a photo or video of the faulty product. You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If a customer fails to inform us within the said period, product(s) will not qualify for compensation.

2. Photo or video of the product
3. Photo of the packing slip
4. Brief description of the product issue
